6 Week Fitness Challenge

Today I just contacted a local gym for a life changing experience. Last year I reached my goal of getting back in shape and reaching 124lbs after the second baby. My Dr. put me on birthcontrol and I gained 15lbs in 3 months!! I stopped taking it after noticing my jeans were no longer fitting (these were the ones I called my fat jeans). my depression and anxiety spiked and I honestly stopped looking in the mirror.  Call me crazy, most ppl already do. It’s ok. Well, 3 months later the weight doesn’t stop and I’ve reached a 20lbs increase in maybe 6/7 months. 

Tomorrow I go in for a quick consultation where I will be talking to a personal trainer who will not only work me out but give me a full nutrition checklist and recipes. I’m going to try my hardest to pull through and as much as I want to quit I have to push and not give up. It’s going to be the hardest 6 weeks ever and I hope to come out stronger and with a more positive mindset. I know I won’t lose 20lbs in such a short time but hey I’m hoping for even 5 at the moment.
